Brandy Williams goes after what she wants with verve and joie de vivre. That combination of tenacity and joy of living has netted her many roles in life. Williams obtained a Bachelors Degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor as a Communications major with a minor in Mass Communication and Journalism.
Williams found her talent while working in marketing and public relations for a major cable and Internet corporation. Utilizing her marketing background and outgoing personality, Williams was offered a position as marketing manager for three upscale hospitality establishments.
In 2003, Williams decided to pursue a career in real estate sales & investments in Georgia. She started her real estate career with a locally owned international franchise in Richmond Hill, GA. In 2004, Williams was ranked as the #2 agent in her office. She earned the distinction of being a member of the Distinguished Sales Society of the Savannah Board of Realtors. Williams also earned the titles of "New Home Sales Specialist" and "Luxury Home Sales Specialist." In 2005 and 2006, Williams obtained the exclusive marketing position for two multi use developments totaling over 40 million in listing inventory. In addition to real estate sales, Williams offers her clients property management and community association management services. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, Savannah Board of Realtors, and Community Association Institute.
In addition to being a full time Realtor, Williams also owns and operates a marketing company specializing in consulting for real estate developments. Williams’ company, TSX Marketing & Property Management Consultants, Inc., currently consults for several land developers in the Savannah area.
An active participant in several local philanthropies, community service projects and public schools… Williams shares a passion for her community and helping others. Williams currently serves on the Richmond Hill Area Convention and Visitor’s Bureau Authority as the Vice-Chairperson. She is very active with the Savannah Area Phi Mu Alumnae Chapter and serves as the chapter’s Vice President of Programming. Williams is also a supporter and participant with the Richmond Hill Dance Theatre non profit performing arts dance company. And, in her spare time, she volunteers at Richmond Hill Elementary School working with high energy second graders!
